Terms of Service

OVERVIEW- Commission will only be started once invoice has been paid in full.- Commissions are for personal use only. For anything other than personal use, usage and rights must be negotiated and agreed upon in writing before commission is started.- Commission prices listed are estimates and are in USD (US$). I reserve the right to charge extra fees for things such as detailed designs, extra props, major changes requested after certain progress points, deadlines etc.- Waitlist and completion times may vary depending on my queue. Any deadlines must be communicated in the initial request and may be subject to a fee.- Use of the art in or for promotion of NFT/cryptocurrency/blockchain or related technology is strictly prohibited.- Use of the art in or for promotion of AI learning is strictly prohibited.- Due to the digital nature of illustration commissions, no physical product will be shipped.- Depending on the type of commission ordered, typical check-in points will be: sketch, work in progress, final product. Timely feedback or approval of check-ins is appreciated!- Refunds are only available if commission has not been started. Partial refund may be negotiable if still in progress. Completed commissions are non-refundable.- Files will be sent through Google Drive link (default) or as an email attachment. Files will be available from me for a finite time only. I will keep the files available for at least one month, and it is the commissioner’s responsibility to save any relevant files.

GENERAL- By commissioning me (the artist), you (the client) automatically agree to the terms of service.- By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.- Due to the digital nature of illustration commissions, no physical product will be shipped.- I reserve the right to refund if I am no longer able to work on your project. Refund amount will vary depend on progress made, full amount will be refunded if no progress has been made on the project.- I reserve artist rights and copyright of the artwork; such as but not limited to publishing WIPs and/or finished artworks to online social media and portfolio, unless negotiated beforehand.- Commission will only be started once invoice has been paid in full.- I reserve the right to charge extra fees for things such as detailed designs or for major changes requested after certain progress points in the commission.- Commission prices listed are for personal use only. Do not use or reproduce commissioned art for profit. Personal use can include but is not limited to: social media avatars, phone/computer wallpapers, and personal website display.- For commercial commissions, such as but not limited to twitch assets, influencer account assets, and merchandise, usage and rights must be negotiated and agreed upon in writing before commission is started.- Use of the art in or for promotion of NFTs/cryptocurrency/blockchain or related technology is strictly prohibited.- Use of the art in or for promotion of AI learning is strictly prohibited.- You are not authorized to change, modify, edit, or use my works without permission.- You are not authorized to trace over my artwork in any way.- Any harassment in the communication process will not be tolerated. This includes inappropriately or rudely worded comments on my profile or in private messages, or harassing previous clients. I reserve the right to decline a commission and place anyone on the blacklist for harassment.- Any deadlines must be communicated in the initial commission request. I reserve the right to charge a fee for priority commissions. Timely communication from the client (such as approval of sketches, works in progress, and final artwork) is expected.- At any commission check-in point (such as but not limited to depending on type of commission ordered: sketch, lines, flat color, final product), if the client has not responded within a timely manner, the commission will be placed on hold. If the client does not respond within one month to the check-in, the commission will be considered complete and will not be refunded.- Canvas size and orientation will vary at my discretion - if a specific format or resolution is needed, please include details in the request before commission is started.- Completed digital image(s) will be attached as a file and sent through email, or uploaded to cloud storage and sent to the commissioner as a link. It is up to the commissioner to download and save the completed commission once sent.- Files not saved within one month of being sent are the commissioner's responsibility and will not be refunded.- Refunds are unavailable after completion of digital commission. Partial refund may be negotiable if work is still in progress. Please communicate with me if a refund or partial refund is necessary.COPYRIGHT- I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my work. Client will receive full resolution image(s), but my signature will remain on all versions of the artwork unless negotiated beforehand.- I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as commission samples or portfolio display unless otherwise agreed upon.- I will not claim rights to a character design (unless it is a design commission), and therefore will not reuse or resell the commissioned art for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon with the client.- Proper credit will be given to the client for ownership of the character’s design.NDA / PRIVATE COMMISSIONS- If you wish for your commission to be private (such as no works in progress shown on social media, no streaming of the process, no final artwork uploaded to my public gallery), it must be stated in the initial commission request.- I reserve the right to charge a fee for private commissions.- The NDA fee typically starts at +50% of initial quote, but may vary depending on scope of the project.PAYMENT- All quotes given are in USD (US$). Payments are accepted only in USD; conversion rates are automatically based on Paypal's rate of conversion.- The invoice will be sent using PayPal only after both I (the artist) have given a quote and the client (the commissioner) agrees to the given quote. Do not send any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission and have sent an invoice.- I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.- Commission will not be started until the invoice has been paid in full, unless otherwise discussed.- If a payment is not made in a timely manner (within 48 hours) I will consider the commission cancelled. Repeated offenses of confirming a commission request (this does not include emails asking for price quotes) and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.- If you need to cancel a commission request, please contact me.- 100% refund is only available if I have not started working on the commission.- After work has begun, refund amount available is dependent on how much progress has been made on the commission.- No refunds on completed commissions.- If we agree on a payment plan and commission has been started after the first deposit, I will not refund the deposit if you back out of the payment plan.- You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason. Chargebacks made for any reason will result in blacklisting.PROCESS AND FINAL PRODUCT- If you're unsure I'll draw something, feel free to ask!- Quotes are given in USD, and then invoice is sent through PayPal once commission has been accepted. Commission will only be started once paid in full.- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all relevant details of commission request are included in the commission order.- Depending on type of commission ordered, a work in progress sketch will be provided. Major changes (such as changing the pose) will incur additional fees depending on progress made after sketch has been approved.- Up to two major revisions can be made during the sketch phase of the commission. Additional revisions after may be subject to additional fees.- After commission is completed, only minor changes (such as color adjustments or adding in missing accessory) are allowed if it was a detail that I overlooked in the initial order.- If no feedback is given during check-in points (depending on commission type), any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.- skeb style refers to no check-in process, please give as much information as possible in initial prompt and I will work based off of that information to deliver the final product directly. Only minor changes (such as color adjustments or adding in missing accessory) are allowed if it was a detail that I overlooked in the initial order.- Allow around 4 - 6 weeks for completion (delays hopefully will not occur but I will update accordingly!)- Waitlist times will vary. If you would like a priority commission slot (1-2 weeks completion), prices are double of original quote. Priority commission slots are limited availability.- Commissioner will receive full resolution image(s) upon completion.- Files will be sent through Google Drive link (default) or as an email attachment. Files will be available from me for a finite time only. I will keep the files available for at least one month, and it is the commissioner’s responsibility to save any relevant files.- I reserve the right to post or remove any public commission or project from my online gallery.

- skeb style refers to no check-in process, please give as much information as possible in initial prompt and I will work based off of that information to deliver the final product directly. Only minor changes (such as color adjustments or adding in missing accessory) are allowed if it was a detail that I overlooked in the initial order.
- additional elements such as a weapon or complex armor/outfit will incur additional fee ($5-10 per element)
- prices listed are per character - if requesting multiple characters, please specify if they are on same canvas or separate in commission form
- feel free to specify a pose or let me choose one for you! if letting me choose, please be sure to include a brief character personality/summary so I have a better idea of preferred expression/pose
