GENERAL- By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.- Use of the art in or for promotion of NFTs/cryptocurrency/blockchain or related technology is strictly prohibited.- Use of the art in or for promotion of generative AI is strictly prohibited.- Due to the digital nature of illustration commissions, no physical product will be shipped.- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason. I reserve the right to refund if I am no longer able to work on the project for any reason.- I reserve artist rights and copyright of the artwork; such as but not limited to publishing WIPs and/or finished artworks online to social media and portfolio, unless an NDA is negotiated beforehand.- Commission will only be started once invoice has been paid in full. I reserve the right to charge extra fees for major changes requested after certain progress points in the commission (more details under "Revisions").- Refunds are unavailable after completion of commission. Partial refund may be negotiable if work is still in progress.- Commission prices listed are for personal use only. Do not use or reproduce commissioned art for profit.- For commercial commissions, price displayed is an estimate and usage rights must be negotiated and agreed upon in writing before commission is started.- Any deadlines must be communicated in the initial commission request. I reserve the right to charge a fee for priority commissions. In this case, timely communication from the client (such as approval of sketches, works in progress, and final artwork) is expected.- For commissions with check-ins, if the client has not responded within a week, the commission will be placed on hold. If the client does not respond within one month to the check-in, the commission will be considered complete and will not be refunded.- Any harassment in the communication process will not be tolerated. This includes inappropriately or rudely worded comments on my profile or in private messages, or harassing previous clients. I reserve the right to decline a commission and place anyone on the blacklist for harassment.REVISIONS- Examples of revisions (not limited to these examples):
Major revisions: changing the pose, changing outfit, adding props
Minor revisions: color adjustments, adding in missing accessory, correcting inaccurate detail- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all relevant details of commission request are included in the initial commission order. Updated references can be accepted up until I start working on the commission.- Work in progress (WIP) sketches are not available for surprise me!/skeb-like commissions since there are no check-in phases.- For regular commissions, check-in points may vary depending on commission type. Up to two major revisions can be made during the sketch phase of the commission. Additional revisions after may be subject to additional fees.- For all commission types, after commission is completed, minor revisions are allowed if it was a detail that I overlooked in the initial order.- No revisions are available after final delivery has been approved.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY- Canvas size and orientation will vary at my discretion; typically the minimum I start at is 1000x1000px at 300dpi - if a specific format or resolution is needed, please include details in the request before commission is started.- Allow around 4 - 6 weeks for completion (delays hopefully will not occur but I will update accordingly!)
- Waitlist times will vary. For priority commission slots (1-2 weeks completion), prices are double the original quote. Priority commission slots are limited availability.- File delivery typically includes: final illustration as PNG or JPG, watermarked and sized down version of final illustration as PNG or JPG.- For commissions with check-ins, if the client has not responded within a week, the commission will be placed on hold. If the client does not respond within one month to the check-in, the commission will be considered complete and will not be refunded.USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS- Use of the art in or for promotion of NFTs/cryptocurrency/blockchain or related technology is strictly prohibited.- Use of the art in or for promotion of generative AI is strictly prohibited.- Commissions listed are for personal use only. Do not use or reproduce commissioned art for profit. Personal use can include but is not limited to: social media avatars, phone/computer wallpapers, and personal website display.- For commercial commissions, such as but not limited to twitch assets, influencer account assets, and merchandise, usage and rights must be negotiated and agreed upon in writing before commission is started.- Any NDA or limited NDAs must be communicated in the initial commission request. I reserve the right to charge a fee for NDA.
Full NDA: I will not publish any WIPs or final product online.
Limited NDA: I will not publish any WIPs but final product OK, or can only publish final product after a certain date- Any reference images provided will only be used for the purpose of the commission and will not be kept after final delivery.- Do not modify or trace drawing contents without permission. Minor edits such as cropping, filters, or overlays are accepted.- Please credit @hamsphrey where applicable, such as when posting on public social media sites.COMMUNICATION- I typically reply within 48 hours unless otherwise specified. If there still has been no response after 48 hours, feel free to reach out to me on other communication channels. If communicating through email, please don't forget to check the spam folder.

- full color commission will also receive black and white lineart

- skeb style refers to no check-in process, please give as much information as possible in initial prompt and I will work based off of that information to deliver the final product directly. Only minor changes (such as color adjustments or adding in missing accessory) are allowed if it was a detail that I overlooked in the initial order.
- additional elements such as a weapon or complex armor/outfit will incur additional fee ($5-10 per element)
- prices listed are per character - if requesting multiple characters, please specify if they are on same canvas or separate in commission form
